Manufacturing of thick products |

The thicker products ( crêpes, pancakes, blinis …)
are obtained from a depositor which lays down the batter on
a cooking plate machine.
The depositors can be fitted with several heads. Then, the production
is made on several tracks.
A longer cooking time is needed for thick products and generally
a cooking made from a contact on the two sides. That is why
it is necessary to return it on a second cooking plate.
The conveyors transfer the products.
The products can be automatically :
-Stacked flat
-Folded and stacked
-Filled and folded
-Filled, folded and rolled.

Manufacturing of thin products: |

 The
thin products ( examples : Breton crêpes, brick sheets
…) are obtained with a spreader. ( through electronic
control system , choice of the sizes on a tactile screen) and
lays batter down on the plate or on cooking drum, the superior
side can be stabilised by the radiation of an infra-red set
or by the passing on a cooking drum.
